Terms & Conditions — nix4d Platform Agreement

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

By registering an account on nix4d, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on each subsequent occasion that you access the Platform:

• Age: You are at least 21 years of age. nix4d does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, access, or use its services under any circumstances.
• Residency: You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable national or regional law. The Platform's primary market is Indonesia; Indonesian players access the Platform at their own discretion and assume responsibility for ensuring compliance with local law.
• Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are subject to any legal guardianship or capacity restriction that would prevent you from entering a contract, you are not eligible to use nix4d.
• Single Account: You do not currently hold, and have never previously held, any other account on the nix4d Platform. Creation of more than one account by the same individual is strictly prohibited.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You are not currently subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on the nix4d Platform or any affiliated platform.
• Own Funds: You will only wager with funds that belong to you and that have been obtained legally. You will not deposit or wager funds on behalf of any third party.

3 Account Registration

To access the betting and gaming services available on nix4d, you must complete the registration process accurately and truthfully. The following conditions apply:

• Accurate Information: You must provide your real full name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details as they appear on your government-issued identity document. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. nix4d will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify nix4d immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. Contact support via live chat or email at [email protected].
• One Account Policy: Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account. Where duplicate accounts are identified, nix4d reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void associated wagers, and withhold any Bonus Balance. Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player after verification.
• Account Transfers: Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, gift, or transfer your Account or any rights associated with it to any third party.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

nix4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with international anti-money-laundering and responsible gaming obligations. KYC verification is required before a Player may process their first withdrawal. The required documents are:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: A clear, unobstructed photograph of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk — National Identity Card) or valid passport. Both sides of the KTP must be clearly visible.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement (from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or any other Indonesian bank), or government-issued correspondence showing your full name and current residential address, dated within the past three months.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of the Player holding their photo ID adjacent to their face in natural lighting. Both the face and the ID details must be fully legible in the image.
• Payment Method Verification: Where required, a screenshot or photograph confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet designated as the withdrawal destination. Card numbers and CVV/CVC codes should be partially masked except for the last four digits.

nix4d will process submitted KYC documents within 1 to 24 hours during standard operating hours (09:00–22:00 WIB). Players will be notified of approval or rejection via in-app message and email. nix4d reserves the right to request additional documentation where initial submissions are insufficient or inconclusive.

5 Deposits

Players may fund their nix4d Account using the following payment channels currently supported by the Platform:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon. Minimum deposit: Rp 25.000 (banks vary). Maximum deposit per transaction subject to individual bank limits and nix4d internal controls.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja. Minimum deposit: Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit per transaction: Rp 10.000.000 or the applicable e-wallet account limit, whichever is lower.

nix4d does not charge deposit fees. Any fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility. Deposits are credited to your Account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider — typically within 60 seconds for most local bank channels under normal conditions.

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not accepted and will be refunded where technically possible; in all other cases the deposit may be voided. nix4d reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership as part of the KYC process.

6 Withdrawals

Verified Players may request a withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out below:

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Subject to your account tier and applicable anti-money-laundering controls. Gold-tier VIP members benefit from elevated withdrawal limits.
• Withdrawal Channels: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, the Player must provide a verified bank account in their own name.
• Processing Times: Most withdrawal requests submitted before 20:00 WIB on business days are processed the same day. Requests submitted after 20:00 WIB or on public holidays are queued for the next business day. nix4d targets a maximum processing time of 24 hours for all verified accounts but does not guarantee instantaneous processing.
• Wagering Requirements: Where a Bonus Balance has been credited, any associated wagering requirement must be met in full before the corresponding winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Players may withdraw their original Real Money Balance at any time, but doing so before completing a wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of the associated Bonus Balance.
• Fraud Checks: nix4d reserves the right to delay a withdrawal request for up to 72 hours where fraud indicators are present. The Player will be notified of any such delay and invited to provide clarifying documentation.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

nix4d offers various promotional incentives to registered Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general conditions set out in this clause.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered, verified Players in good standing. Players who are self-excluded, suspended, or operating duplicate accounts are not eligible for any promotional offer.
• One Bonus Per Offer: Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each Player is entitled to claim any given promotional offer once only.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements typically range from 5x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type. Progress toward wagering requirements is tracked in real time in the Player's account dashboard.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of wager value. Table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10–50%) or not at all. The applicable contribution rates are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds that are not wagered within the specified validity period (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit) will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's balance without compensation.
• Abuse of Bonuses: nix4d reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it determines, at its sole reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to minimise risk, exploiting technical errors, or systematically claiming promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
• Modification or Withdrawal: nix4d reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time. Modifications will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account at the time of the change.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the nix4d Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by regulated third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, PG Soft (Pocket Games Soft), and Spribe. The following general game rules apply:

• RNG Certification: All slot and table game outcomes are independently certified as random and fair by the respective game studio's regulatory authority. nix4d does not modify, adjust, or interfere with game RNG outputs.
• Sports Betting: All sports betting markets — including football (judi bola / bandar bola), live markets, and accumulator (mix parlay) bets — are settled in accordance with the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFC, PSSI for BRI Liga 1). nix4d reserves the right to void any market where the result is subject to official dispute or where settlement data is unavailable.
• Togel Lottery: Togel (numbers lottery) market results are drawn from the official output of the respective international lottery pool (Singapore Pools SGP, HKJC HK, etc.). nix4d does not conduct, control, or influence draw outcomes.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction that results in an incorrect game outcome being displayed, nix4d reserves the right to void the affected round and return staked funds to the Player. Winnings arising from a demonstrably malfunctioning game are not payable.
• Disconnections: If a Player's internet connection is interrupted during a game session, the game outcome will be determined by the RNG as normal. Bets that were fully committed at the time of disconnection will stand. nix4d accepts no liability for losses attributable to connectivity issues on the Player's side.

9 Responsible Gaming

nix4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all of its products and services. Players are strongly encouraged to make use of the following account management tools, available at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately; increases to an existing limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure automatic session duration alerts to receive a reminder after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or a permanent self-exclusion via the nix4d support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account is suspended and all marketing communications are suppressed.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nix4d Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of wagers, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, fraudulent, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place wagers or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in match-fixing, corruption of game or sporting events, or any conduct that undermines the integrity of the betting markets offered.
• Laundering money or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software. Any funds derived from a known technical error must be reported to nix4d and will be voided.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game format.
• Creating or operating more than one Account on the nix4d Platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing nix4d staff, support agents, or other Players.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the nix4d Platform — including but not limited to the nix4d brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and data — is the intellectual property of nix4d or its licensed content providers. No portion of the Platform's content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or exploited for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of nix4d.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not include the right to scrape, mirror, or commercially exploit any Platform content.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nix4d shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from a Player's use of the Platform, even where nix4d has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from any cause whatsoever, including service interruption, technical malfunction, or third-party service provider failure.
• Losses arising from a Player's breach of these Terms or failure to comply with applicable local laws governing online gambling.
• Interrupted service or Platform unavailability during scheduled or unscheduled maintenance periods.

Where nix4d is found liable for any direct loss arising from its own negligence or wilful misconduct, liability shall in no event exceed the amount of the Player's Real Money Balance at the time the relevant loss occurred.

Gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss. By using nix4d, Players acknowledge that they bear sole responsibility for their wagering decisions and accept that any losses resulting from legal game outcomes are final and non-refundable.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

nix4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information at any point.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or collusion.
• Chargebacks or disputes raised with a payment provider in bad faith.
• Player request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).
• Regulatory instruction or court order.

Where an account is closed due to a breach attributable to the Player, nix4d reserves the right to withhold Bonus Balances and associated winnings. The Player's verified Real Money Balance will be refunded to the designated withdrawal account following completion of any required investigation, typically within 14 business days.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting nix4d support at any time. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Account closure does not affect the Player's right to self-exclusion, which is processed separately and independently.

14 Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, storage, and use of Players' personal data by nix4d is governed in full by the nix4d Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary: nix4d collects only the data necessary to provide its services, verify identity, and comply with applicable regulations. Personal data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. All data is protected by SSL 256-bit encryption. Players retain the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

15 Amendments to These Terms

nix4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via in-app notification or email at least seven (7) days before they take effect, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with applicable law or a regulatory direction.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept an amendment may close their account prior to the effective date without penalty and will be entitled to withdrawal of their Real Money Balance.

16 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nix4d holds its international operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If resolution cannot be achieved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration conducted under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect that party's legitimate interests. Players in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling is subject to national regulatory restrictions and agree that they access and use the nix4d Platform at their own legal risk and responsibility under Indonesian law.
